& Conditions for undertaking translation

1. The rate is calculated on the basis of folders to 1500 characters (including spaces) in the source language (source).
case of an application can calculate the rates per word or line (1 line = 55 characters including spaces).
If the text is not provided in electronic form (fax, book, etc..) Calculation will be made on the target language.



2. Prices are exclusive of VAT and gross of withholding tax. In addition, given the compensation bill is equal to 4%, paid by the buyer, provided for under national insurance contributions ex. L. 662/96 Art. C. 1 212.
For this reason the sum to be paid for translations to be calculated as: total charge = (INPS rate + 4%) + 20% VAT - 20% RA

3. The minimum billing is equal to a folder, (unless otherwise agreed with the client).


4. The task was commissioned by or letter of appointment, however, through written confirmation indicating the terms of office (evtl project code, file name or description of the translation to be executed, acceptance of the quotation, etc. ), acceptance of the agreed fee, the terms and conditions of payment, the customer data (addresses, social security number, VAT number).

5. It requires buyers to view prior to the availability of source text in order to assess difficulties and consistency.
6. If there is reference material (glossaries, translation memories, etc..), To be followed in the translation, or material support, it must be delivered with the source text. The translator is not responsible for inconsistencies in terminology, more time for translation or other problems that arise from failure to observe this instruction by the client.



7. The fee for the provision is paid upon receipt of invoice and no later than the agreed and specified in the letter of appointment or written confirmation. Upon expiry of such terms is the translator may use any type of legal means to recover the amounts due. It is also the translator's ability to apply the default interest pursuant to Art. 5.1 of DL 10/09/2002, n. 231.



8. In the case of appointments made and then withdrawn due to the translator's payment of work completed. The translator also reserves the right to levy a penalty equal to 10% of the commission for any damages arising from having given up other jobs to cope with that clear.
